One thing I really like about Fap Turbo is the lifetime updates.  Today the Fap Tubro Developers released version 49 with a new currency pair added , the  US DOllar and Swiss Franc USD/CHF.

Additionally Fapturbo49 includes new and improved default settings for the EURCHF and USDCAD to improve your trading performance.

The Introduction of a new currency pair is a great opportunity  and I’ll be interested in seeing how the new settings perform.

Looks like I’ll have to scrap what I’m Doing and install the update !

Here are the results from an Initial Test using my IamFX Metatrader4demo account and Fap Turbo48 Build 225  using the recommended default settings.

This test was conducted using my home terminal and there where two instances when I observed a lost connection and one time when Windows restarted on an update. For Live trading I recommend using a VPS to avoid this problem.

This is a screen shot from my metatrader terminal showing some of the actual trade activity.  Fap Turbo as Two Trading Strategies the first is a Scalper and the the other is a long term . Scalper mode is designed to scalp the market during after hours trading for consistent small profits .

Scalper strategy works on EURGPB, EURCHF, GBPCHF or USDCAD currency pairs on the M15 (15 minute) timeframe only.

The Long term Mode is optimized for the EUR/USD Pair M1 ( 1Minute) but it can be run on other time frames as well.

The forex trading robot initiated 15 trades  out of which where  12 wins , 1 loss and 1 even money. It also left one long position in the EUR/USD  currency pair which we will see results for later. All in all very good results for the week in win positions.

Note:  It should Also be noted that the bot missed about a 100 trading cues based on high spread , the Fap Turbo developers recommend changing settings to not miss potential trades when trading with IamFX. This also means , of course, that the bot is doing its job and not trading on risky scenarios.

Overall at first blush it looks like a great tool …… with the great majority in the  win column  and sufficient stop loss protections to keep equity intact!
